JOINING THE SOCIETY

The Cornford Lane Wine Society is a small, friendly group of people who share a love of wine and the curiosity to keep learning about it. We meet at members' homes and local venues for tastings, talks and trips, share what we're reading and studying, and encourage anyone bitten by the bug towards formal wine education.

How joining works is refreshingly old-fashioned: you apply, the committee has a look, and if the society feels like your kind of place, you're in. Membership is currently free, and open to anyone aged 18 or over with a genuine interest in wine appreciation and education.

What you get: invitations to our tastings and events, access to the members' area of this site — including our noticeboard, trade tasting calendar and members' directory — and the company of people who will always have an opinion about what's in your glass.
